Basement Organization at Mt. Clare Christian School

Join us at Mt. Clare Christian School as we prepare the school for the upcoming school year!

Mt. Clare Christian School (MCCS) is a ministry of Wilkens Avenue Mennonite Church, located in Southwest Baltimore.  In a neighborhood which has been stripped of many positive resources and is often known instead for its negatives, the school works to shine the Light of Jesus Christ to help students to achieve to their maximum potential academically and become leaders who will play an active role in restoring their community.

Lots of organizations have donated supplies to MCCS that are stored in the school basement, but the items are not well organized so it is difficult for staff to find or use the supplies. This event will organize and inventory the supplies to ensure that school resources are used responsibly. The basement will be cleaned so that it is easier for staff to access necessary parts of the storage area.
